RecommendedToday was my first time visiting MedExpress Urgent Care. I brought in my 18 month old son for what I thought was a dislocated shoulder or something. They got us right in and the doctor was so nice! Turned out it was "nursesmaid elbow" and he was fixed up within 15 minutes of being there. He left a happy little camper and so did I!

I’ve been here 3 times already this year and once last year. The doctors and staff are comforting and kind. Simple check in and very clean waiting area and rooms.

Waited two and a half hours for a sliced open knuckle, never saw a doctor. Decided to go home and take care of it myself, in case you were wondering where I went.

Went in back in March and used my credit card for my copay. Check my accounts today and see they decided to WITHDRAW $200+ dollars unauthorized from my account MONTHS later. I didn't even know they saved my card when I went in. I never once got a bill or heard from them for this transaction. When contacted they told me they couldn't help me and gave me a number to call on Monday. This is HIGHLY illegal and I will be taking action.

Went in today, primary doctors is closed, JUDY? An RN, exceptionally RUDE. I have never experienced anything like that from someone older, as she was, she should know how to be respectful by now. Between her and one of your incompetent doctors who told me my severe ear infection and influenza was allergies, you need to be certain on who you’re employing. Anyone working in healthcare should be educated, and respectful.

I went there today with what I suspected was a broken foot. They got me in quick, were very friendly, took my X-rays fast, and explained everything I needed to know because my foot was indeed broken. They even gave me a referral to an orthopedic surgeon. I had a great experience considering why I had to go!

I went in on Friday evening and had a good experience seeing the Nurse Practicer, Kim. She was pleasant and helpful.
I called before I took my daughter in to see if I would be better off with her injury going to the emergency department. was told they could handle it. after sitting an hour the dr looked and sais they can't touch it basically. they coukd wrap it but fir further treatmwnt shed need to go to hospital. we leave and I look at her paperwork. not only does it say she was administered a dose of toradol (which she was not) it even goes as far as to say which butt check into which it was administered and that ahe was observed for 15... read more
