Literally the worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life I would not let them work on my dog. Went in there with pneumonia they gave me a breathing treatment refused to give me steroids send me home I get home for an hour go to the hospital they gave me a shot of steroids and some anabiotic’s all is well. These people don’t care about getting you better they want you to come back so they keep getting paid.
These people suck period not just once or twice I can count a hand full of times they dropped the ball. Just unreal the amount of ignorance it kinda scares me that the lack of care is out there. I pray to god no one that is in real need of care goes here. May god be with you. Just out for your money not for your best interest I’ve seen my pets get treated better/ checked out better at the vet.

Average to below average care. Staff difficult to deal with. Questionable billing practices. They even deny insurance companies cost estimates so that those of us with coverage can't determine ahead of time if going there is cost effective. Don't believe their website. They are not "customer focused". They are profit focused and run like a corporation first and a health care facility last.

I was absolutely miserable with a sinus/ear infection and I went here because I was afraid my head would explode. Everyone was very nice, and I got excellent care, and went out with a prescription for an antibiotic and an inhaler, as well as a book recommendation for preventative maintenance. I got the prescriptions filled and in just 24 hours I am starting to feel better. I also ordered the book from amazon and can't wait to read it. I received excellent care.. The staff was very professional and caring.. I Came in because of ear pain. The doctor was an older guy with a walker. I was apprehensive at first but soon realized he knew what he was doing. Goes to prove you can't judge a book by the cover. Many years of experience he has I'm sure. I felt comfortable with him.. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed or just a number. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Med Express for the outstanding job...
For my visit they was rather quick at getting everything squared away...not as bad as ppl say it sometimes is...
