Thank you very much for helping my dad. You were right to send him to the hospital. He had double pneumonia! He's recovered and home now.
3.5 hours waiting...understaffed for the day after Christmas. I would have just said forget it, but I had a wound that needed antibiotics. Had to suck it up and sit there forever. Certainly not Express.
The word "Express" is misleading. There is nothing fast about this place. Sitting here an hour and still haven't see the doctor. There was one person ahead of us. Just need a 15 minute physical.
