Ridiculous, wait an hour to be seen with NOONE else in the office

Poor customer service. Gave false pricing information. I normally wouldn’t use a Med Express , needed to get a pre-employment physical. Will never go to a med express again. Need to spend more time on training front office staff.
If I could rate it a 0 I would!! My gram was brought there lastnight and they said she wasn't dehydrated an was pretty much fine. Then can you explain my she's being admitted to the hospital as we speak for dehydration so bad her blood count is off!! Absolutely horrible!
I was severely misdiagnosed. I don't know how he made the diagnosis without an xray. I did not need an anti-bioric. I needed a ct scan & something for pain which was put off bc I went to the wrong Dr based on his diagnoisis. I will never go here again.
I was in and out . Xrays done prescription was done and I was on my way.
I've been there two or three times...I've never waited more than an hour...which I feel my doctor's office would be longer...their staff is very nice although I agree they should maybe have more than one doctor on staff...in case of emergency which happened to me one time a gentleman came in needing stitches.other than that an over all good experience
2 hour wait with a 6 year old was noone there and just sat there
