Everyone was great there for me and out in 45 mins. Unfortunately I got hurt putting up storm shutters but I was able to get to you guys quickly and you guys were able to take care of me. Thanks You so much to everyone there great staff!
Absolutely awful. Went in there with an ear infection. They gave me medication that I'm allergic to (I had told them of my allergy) which resulted in me spending my night with a high fever throwing up. When I called the next day day about it, the staff was very rude. Everyone I spoke to interrupted me while I was speaking, even laughing at my complaint of them giving me a medication that I was extremely allergic to. There was absolutely no one there, so there was no reason to be in a rush or hurry. Will not be back.
The people that work there are great...been going there forever ....but now they are charging me extra for my kids seeing a specialist even when they see an RN...didn't even know there was a difference until they started holding money against my credit card in case the insurance didn't pay them enough....such a shame
