They are very nice and efficient ...very short wait
Wasted an hour going there when I'm sick to be told United Healthcare didn't pay what they owed on my bill 5+ years ago. So I had to leave and get seen elsewhere. CSR is lacking. Save yourselves the nonsense and go to MD NOW!
I've been here twice and both have been exceptional. One of the last places around the area that treats you like a human being, not a number. You may have to wait but it's not a big deal because hey you are waiting in A.C. and in a clean office with people smiling at you and treating you well. Billing is EXTREMELY organized as well. I will continue to come here so wish they had primary care. I love this place and I'm thankful for them and their hard work.

The entire staff was extremely nice. I went in expecting to receive the normal "Right to the point, step on the scale, what brings you here. You are welcome scenerio." but my experience was surprisingly the opposite. From the friendly receptionists, the technician who took my vitals, the doctor who explained what they were going to do with sending out my lab work, to the nurse who gave me my prescription.
