I've been sick for over a month. I went to MedExpress twice and am still not feeling better. They are very nice people but I noticed other Urgent Cares are $55 per visit. This has been around $200 a visit after my insurance has been processed.
RecommendedMEDEXPRESS has kind staff, great providers who really listen to what is going on and come up with thoughtful solutions. And best of all they are SO fast. I have never waited more than a few minutes to get it and have always been attended to quickly. They are the best urgent care in Rochester (stated by someone who has lots of experience at both Olmsted and Mayo Clinic! I am so glad i found them.
Was incredibly impressed with the service and manor these folks hold themselves to. I was in, taken care of, and on my way fast and easy. The RT (Stephen) was very professional, helpful and comforting. Thank you so much for taking care of this out-of-towner!
I could not get into any other fast cares for a few hours and I was having problems with my athsma. I searched on Google and found this place close to my house... I drove there. There was NO wait time, the front desk woman Tami was absolutely wonderful and helpful. I was taken back fairly quickly by a nurse named Crystal that was very thorough and helpful.
