I definitely rate MedExpress at 5 stars. I wish I could rate at 10 stars. The entire staff from the Admin to the nurses to the doctor were beyond helpful. The nurse that helped me was incredibly helpful and caring. She gave advice and reassurance. Dr. Olivo is a rare gem. I have never had a doctor (not even my own PCP) take the time to really explain, care and assist. She is definitely a step above the average physician. I am very grateful for this Clinic! My 4 year old came home with blatant pink eye. All other urgent care locations were closed except a pediatric location with a 2 hour wait. MedExpress, with 10 minutes before closing, saw my family, took care of us with in minutes, were great with my children and never made us feel bad about coming in late on a Sunday night! We will definitely be back! Thank you all!
The nurse or I guess medical assistant is very unprofessional, rude and very bossy the way she ask a sick individual. Then she say- "Ok you can't put out your tounge out properly then I have to use tounge depressor which no one likes". How can you say this to a sick patient. Well first of all, the chief complaint of the patient is severe sore throat and the way she treats a patient is like a child whenever patient couldn't perform what she wants to do. they did nothing for us went in and took vitals paid the co pay and didnt write a prescription and was like oh there's nothing wrong when clearly it was a problem with us runny nose cough and a 102.3 fever. they didnt have all the materials to swab for flu or strep or nothing will never go back.
