Wait wasn't too long. They diagnosed me pretty quickly and got me out of there. Everyone was nice and professional.
For an urgent care facility this place was very good. The wait wasnt too long and all of the staff was very nice. Ive been to Concentra and waited over an hour before I saw anyone. This place was the opposite. They were very thorough and I would definitely go back again if I needed to. Caring and considerate. They collect your copay which is normal for any doctor office/urgent care.
This was my first experience going to an Urgent Care. I can say I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes, which really wasn't bad considering I've waited 1-2hrs Family Health Associates (my PCP). I do think it's odd for them to collect payment before services are rendered. Friends of mine tell me the Urgent Care they go to collects payment after seeing the doctor. I went in for a knee injury near closing time and never once felt rushed or like the staff was anxious to get out. I had to wait for a ride and, even then, there was no evidence from the staff that I was holding them up. Everything was quick and everyone was very nice
Treated me with care and respect. Staff is wonderful!!
Very friendly staff. Not my first visit there. Always helpful and polite.
