The worst urgent care ever!!! The receptionists on the phone are so rude and have no manors. I was told there was a 3.5 hour wait after they took all my information and my copay! I also had an appointment!!!! This was for covid testing. I said even with an appointment?! She said yup and that was that. I said no thank you I won’t be staying please give me my copay back she said she voided the transaction. Well not surprised she did not!!!! Thanks NJ Route 33 MedExpress for denying me basic care during these times! Just needed an antibiotic, but instead I got a nasty attitude from a woman that worked the front desk today at 215 p.m! To that really annoyed lady, I'm sorry you're working during all of this, but please don't take it out on me and make me feel like a burden! Hope I get better with the weather since you won't help!
RecommendedThis is my second time going here it was amazing I’m so glad that I did have to wait in an ER for hours just for a ear infection the service was quick and painless and the staff was really friendly and kind it’s definitely worth going there instead of a overcrowded ER
not professional in handling calls or prescriptions... insurance wouldn't cover script doctor wrote, went back and forth trying to get a different one, pharmacy even called ,sent a fax, no response, went back to med express in person ,doctor on call refused to write a different one unless I was seen again, which was the day after my first visit, Left went back to pharmacy to have them call again ,only to find out script was for an over the counter medicine ,so all the back in forth was for nothing, next time I know just go s... read more
Took my son in for a possible broken hand... everyone from the person checking is in, the triage area, the doctor and the X-ray technician were kind, helpful, respectful and caring. I work in healthcare and was impressed with our experience. I hope to not need the services here often but would definitely use again if needed. (FYI - the hand was broken)
I was waiting in the room for more then 30 min. Gave the doctor my symptoms. She felt my stomach, listen to my heart . She was a little reluctant to give me a flu test. So she spent no more then five min with me and walked out. Someone came in to give me a flu test told me would it take 10 minutes and hasn’t returned yet I’m now waiting 15 min for the test results and nobody has come in yet Def not recommending this to anyone
Did not have a great experience. When we walked in we were the only people in the waiting room. After almost 10 minutes a very nice man, I think his name was Aaron, did my daughter’s registration. Then we went back to waiting. After almost 45 minutes I asked at the front desk if they had any idea what the approximate wait time would be, I was told she was next. Almost every time I’ve been here I get terrible service at the front desk. The girls seem very inexperienced. I always wait for over an hour, just took me 40 mins to even check me in. The doctors and PAs can never do anything for me and suggest I go to the ER or misdiagnose me. The comparison between here and patient first on 130 is unbelievable. You’ll actually heal, get on the right meds, and be treated quickly and efficiently if you just take the drive.
I came in the with bronchitis I gave you my insurance which you guys said you accept and now you guys are trying to get $200 Nd something from me I don't recommend anyone to go to you
