So been here a few times. The first two times I was actually sick. The last two were for some work compliance things like a physical and a drug screen. I am a CVICU RN so I have to do these things frequently. This place is close to my house so the job set it up here. So first of all I called ahead of time to make sure I could have the testing done and the person on the phone said come on in. Worst attention I have ever experienced. We left with $70 dollars less. No help whatsoever. This place is definition of medical negligence.
I would highly recommend this clinic. Very professional, extremely clean and kind and caring staff. The doctor was gracious and a great listener. I left with a prescription and I’m sure I’ll be feeling better soon. I am to expect a call in a few day to find out how I have progressed. Thank you to all who work there.....class act!
I went to urgent care today and was treated for strep throat . Great service in this urgent care.
They are dishonest people. They told me that they are a network provider (and it could not have been a mistake as I work for the largest employer in the county), and therefore were supposed to charge me only my copay of $35. But they billed me for almost $140. Reason? "Oh, our front desk person got confused, it is the other branch (??) where we are a network provider, but not at this one. We apologize." So they will not be seeing me or any of my family members or friends in the office.
This is the best urgent care I have been to in Naples. I was shocked to get a follow up call two days after my visit to see how I was doing. Wow, wish I could find a primary care doctor that does that! In addition, they are open on weekends. Doctors were excellent along with friendly, helpful staff!
