My son broke his wrist on Wednesday and as we were on our way down to ER, I thought maybe we should try an urgent care instead. We did not wait very long at all. The staff made my son (who is typically very shy) feel very comfortable. His doctor was amazing-- very knowledgeable, yet very approachable. She diagnosed him and helped us get referred down to CHOP for a cast. Everyone was very friendly and caring. The staff could not even work the computers correctly to get me checked in. I never even made it to see a doctor. They charged my credit card for the visit and refused to refund when I would not stay to see a doctor. The corporate office is even worse. I have been waiting for a check which they promised for over three months. I would not trust them with my personal information after the way I was treated that day.
Friendly, clean and super knowledgeable. I have white coat syndrome and was totally comfortable there. It's a very cozy friendly atmosphere. I've never seen a doctor's office like that! Keep up the amazing job!!
When I was there with my son yesterday; no wait and the staff was very nice. They were unable to treat my son's toe, so bandaged it back up and wrote a script for an antibiotic. I paid $119 (no insurance) for a 15 appointment. The staff said they would call this morning after they set us up with an appointment with a podiatrist; never received a call.
