I always get excellent care here. They always have time to see me and have always treated me appropriately and in record time! I'd recommend Med Express to everyone and have done so. I can honestly say every doctor or PA I've seen has gone above and beyond to help fix me! And the staff is always friendly and helpful as well!

I've been to this location a few times. The front desk staff and nurses were always very nice and each time I was seen was quite quick and hardly any wait. The reason I gave three stars is due to the way I was treated by the doctor. She came across quite condescending when I asked a simple question and it made me uncomfortable. The previous times visiting the doctors were a little better so I would go back due to the practically in and out factor.
The front desk was really nice but also require a debit card on file. As far as the Dr and staff nurse and guess diagnosis!!!! I will never ever go back in that place. Dr Joseph zhou horrible !!!
My first time there and I was very pleased with experience. Promptly seen, professional interactions, compassionate care from staff and Dr. I was in and out in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this facility for urgent care needs. Thank you.
I waited for an hour and a half to be seen. I've been sick for a week and nothing was helping my sinus pressure, cough and mucus. I finally went to be seen just to be told they don't prescribe antibiotics until the 10th day. Yay for me and my family for having to deal with my cough and mucus for a few more days until I get to see my doctor. They also require a debit/credit card before you are even seen even if you have insurance. I will never go back again!
