Took excellent care of me. Had a bad cough. Prescribed meds. I am feeling somewhat better. The staff and front desk are so friendly.
It was my second time for different things and I was again pleased with service that I was provided.

Took my daughter Saturday morning. The facility is very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly. There was no long waits at all. I was pleased with the service and the care they provided. They did a courtesy call three days after the visit to make sure my little one was doing okay. It's very convenient for us!
The facility is very clean I was taken into the triage and examined as soon as I was checked in. The staff are some of the most professional and nicest people you will ever meet. I hope that I don't need to go back but if I do I wouldn't hesitate. Could not have asked for better care thank you very much.
Took my daughter on a Sunday. 3 day urine culture turned into 9 days. Her pediatrician had to call them and I had to call them twice to get answers. When I tried to express my disappointment, the woman kept interrupting me. She did not care about my concerns for my daughter. I will not be using this facility again. I would rather pay a $250 and wait in an ER for 6 hours than use a place that has such horrible customer service. You are dealing with sick and injured people ...... including children.
