So me & jaheim go to get his stitches out at swansea Urgent Care on north ill so we not taking up time in the ER they met us at the door well side walk & asked wat kind of insurance we got & wat we here for so i tell her she instantly said were independent & dt take yur insurance it will start at $191 to remove his stitches now mind you i"ve been there before with the same insurance never had a problem long story short will never go back went to the new Urgent Care on W. Save your money and go to the hospital!!! I sit in the exam room waiting and crying only to have some quack come into the room and instead of asking questions he starts guessing maybe its your appendix maybe its your gallbladder or gastritis... like why did I waste my time. You offer me zofran but Im not nauseous or throwing up. You offer me an abx and I’m already on one. Like wtf is wrong with you! Never again! Fast friendly prompt I feel so much better
Went in on a Sunday morning, and was seen right away. After leaving, I had to call back the physician about a follow up question, which she was very helpful with. She called me back a day later to follow up again, and then provided me with a new prescription after talking over the phone. After reading some reviews, I was initially hesitant to go in, but I could not be happier with MedExpress. I will definitely be using them for any future needs as well. Thank you for your clean facility and amazing staff!
