The doctor told us my mom did not have a uti and we were sent to the er on a Saturday. They did nothing at the er and sent her home. Her pcp had her urine collected and she did have a uti. Today is Wednesday and she just now got on an antibiotic. I only suggested we go to med Express because I knew by the odor of my moms urine she had a uti. Her pcp office was booked and only opened til noon. Never again will I use this urgent care. Now we are stuck with 2 medical bills and she was not taken care of by "medical staff". The d... read more
Always friendly, caring staff. Usually in and out quickly. Was there today and the only reason it took longer was because I got there right at 8. Walked in the door couple minutes before 8 and was checked in and just had to wait 5 minutes for the doctor to get there and be ready
Although I was diagnosed and given meds properly and treated respectfully I have never waited that long. I have always been in and out of there but this trip took 3 hours.
After I waited because the person who was to check me in was busy texting her husband and then all the sudden her computer went down and she had to restart it and then I was told there was nothing wrong with me but was prescribed 3 different things, was told to keep taking the mediciation that i have been taking since i became sick and then was told if i didnt feel better in a week call my Regular Dr.... this place is a giant scam.... take your money...gives u some bs diagnoses and sends u on ur way..... needless to say i ha... read more
I was there for two hours, didnt even get close to being seen. Pathetic. Went home.
in and out but put me on amoxacillen when i told him zpack works for me, now side affects start
