Don't even bother going here, go somewhere else. They are completely incapable of administering stitches, let alone trying to diagnose an allergy. Save your time and money and go to a place that has qualified staff to help you. I went there for a cut on my finger, all I needed was stitches. As she was trying to numb me, she caused it to bleed profusely and then panics and sends me to the ER. The ER staff even admitted that they should be ashamed of themselves and could have handled it. Med Express Lutz, went in at 11:30am, was seen by 12pm. Doc Pleasants, yes doctor Pleasants was just that, very pleasant and friendly. He also diagnosed me with nasal infection and upper respiratory, sinusitis. I asked him if I would be ok to fly with my history of TTP, and he said don't fly you might catch something worse. I thanked him and the staff. The nurses are great there too, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Med Express, Lutz, rather than a 4 hour ER stay.

Went in on 8/20/16 with ear pain. Doctor came in and examined my ear which took all of 30 seconds. Said she would prescribe Antibiotic's, and ear drops with antibiotics. Left and went to pharmacy, and one of the scripts was for eye drops. The worst was yet to come. On 8/22/16 the pain was so much worse, I went to an ENT. Upon his examination, he found debris in my ear, and the canal had swollen closed. He inserted a tube, vacuumed out the ear, and showed me what he had removed. My Daughter called me to try and help work out the situation and the desk girl was refusing her boyfriend service.. One issue was it was 8:03 and she wanted to close. I tried explaining that they were there before 8:pm and he is very sick and if they refuse him service I will be in front of my Attorney first thing in the morning. She refused to let me talk to a manager or doctor. This girl needs to be fired NOW! BBB complaint to follow. .
This place was the worst clinic I've ever been to. The front desk lady was extremely rude, unhelpful, and made the entire experience a hassle when it didn't need to be. The way I was treated was unacceptable and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, nor come back here ever again. I would rather pay hospital fees when I'm sick than come here for a check up. Save yourself the stress and go to a different walk in clinic. You'll be thankful in the long run!!!
These folks always take care of me......Thank you so much for being so kind, caring and efficient.
