Went to get a X-ray and was pretty much told by The person that answered the phone , her name was China, that the wait would be hours and I said I was willing to wait because I didn’t want to go to the ER and her reply was well we are full of Covid here so you should just go to ER. I would hope that a employee would assure a patient that they are cleaning and try to keep everyone safe but that is not what I was getting from her. RecommendedWent for a a Covid test yesterday. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They were extremely busy but very attentive to questions. Would highly recommend them.

Went in for an ear infection couldn't be seen due to the fact they couldn't figure out how to bill my insurance even though they are an in-network provider for said insurance, said I could pay up front and get reimbursed later. So worried are they about being stiffed 15 dollars they turned away a patient. Told me to try another care facility, even though it was after 5 pm and all others were closed. Utter incompetence .

I waited for over an hour and a half with only one other person in the waiting room. I def would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have nothing better to do than wait.
