The staff and Doctor were extremely helpful and courteous! I greatly appreciate the care they gave me.
From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile. Amber at reception was so friendly and seemed to actually care about me. Then when I was taken to the back, Joshua was so funny and made sure I was comfortable. I had a fantastic experience here and will not hesitate to come back for future needs.
They are awesome I walked in there with broken tooth that made a hole in my tongue couldn't take the pain and one day later I can talk again eat I feel so much better thank you for all you did
Dr Amanda Amron was the rudest doctor I ever experienced. She was more interested in telling me I can't come to urgent care as opposed to listening to me. Every questioned I asked she seemed bothered stay away, there are other urgent cares in the area. Dr Amron should have her licensed revoked.
Having been thru so much medically the past few years and having had a lot of experience with different facilities this is one I would not be running back to! With the exception of one great gal that I signed forms with the lack of compassion and "caring" was a total turnoff! I will choose the Cooper facility in the future that is closer to me despite the fact I would have to pay out of pocket.
