My visit? Exceptional. Professional, and funny and great. They had me in and out in no time (simple issue really!). The medical assistants, nurses and the Nurse Practitioner I saw were fabulous. Sadly, when I called because of an issue of medication making me break out in hives (amoxicillin, for a toothache), I was met with judgement ("You haven't called a dentist yet? You should call them!") and no help. Will be my last visit to MedExpress.
took an hour and a half to be seen and I said how I was there on Friday and was feeling worse and worse by the day. Wish I could have been seen sooner for the sake of my health and not feeling well.
First time to an Urgent Care facility and I am sold! These folks were fantastic.. positive attitude, professional environment and care equal to an ER for bad cut on wife's finger (6 stitches). We were in and out of there in just over an hour.. a regular physician office visit is rarely this quick!!! Sad my wife had a cut but overall Great Experience!
Im glad to have med express near by. Better than ER. Wait was a bit longer than I would have liked but the care was good.
