I came in for a drug screening at 8:30am. They opened at 8. There wasn’t many people at all & I had to take my drug screening BY 8:50am. I made it very clear to them that this needed to be done within that timeframe given to me...next thing you know I’m sitting here waiting for 45 minutes, and what do you know? The staff is ignorant. I do like the Doctors they seem helpful but it's the people that work the front desk. Went to the Willingboro one and had a way better experience than this one in Cinnaminson.

I've been here many times and have had good experiences but 2 visits I won't forget. Last night I took my 8 year old in for flu like symptoms. They close at 8pm so by the time we saw the Dr. it was after 8. She was rushing and she spoke to me in a very condescending way and then began to speak about the 5 children that have died from the flu right in front of my son. My 10 year old has been sick for 2 weeks. I was told they can't do anything but she gives me a cough medicine that could kill him (side effects) really? could stop breathing was one of them..you give a child this as a cough medicine, well he didn't make it thru 1 hour of school coughing uncontrollably. I will never go back to med express. Oh and i wont give him that cough medicine either. scary!
went there twice for a wound on my leg. waited over an hour when no other people there and got no real help from them.no problem taking my money $119.00 each visit . very unhelpful.Go somewhere Else.
Well organized, patient flow was timely. My only complaint is that I was there for 1-1/2 hours and I don't think that should be considered EXPRESS.
Quick and painless Dr. was awesome and really cared about my daughter and her history. He made a few suggestions concerning Lily's health and possible ways to keep her out of the ER. I would definitely go again. Thank you
