We was there for like 4 hours. Liked the nurses but didn't care for the doctor.
Had to wait three hours just to take a preemployment drug screen yes 3 hours to pee 1 inch in a cup in horrible uncomfortable chairs crowded with sick people coughing and hacking all over me it was horrible and disgusting watched them refuse service over a $2.00 balance yes two dollars yes I understand that's why people are there but you'd think they'd fast track drug testing
If I wanted to wait 3 Hours to see a Dr, I would have went to the ER across the street. Pretty bad when you can hear the doctors & medical assistants laughing & talking about patients through the doors of the room you are waiting in. I feel they forgot I was here bc when I opened the door to inquire where the restroom was they were a little shocked. There is nothing express about this place. my trip to medexpress was good i didnt have to wait long checked in as soon as i walked in waited less then 15 minutes was taken straight back Dr Hess was very friendly and took time to listen to what i had to say and answered all my questions will definatley go back
I was just recently there yesterday. Everyone that worked there was polite and I wasn't there for hours waiting to be seen. Definitely will go again
They have taken the "express" out of medexpress...slowest place I've been to in awhile. ..
