My mom when here with a uti 8 days ago and was informed later that it was positive for E-coli. They gave her 7 day of an antibiotics , after that the symptoms returned and the antibiotics gone, we called to get more or stonger ones.. They called back saying she needed to be seen again ( for what the same results?)So we went to Media Express on rely drive where they said she should go to the hospital,,so we get there and even the doctor asked why they sent her there? Everyone there is really nice you don't wait long to get in a room once you were seeing the doctors are always trying their best to help figure out what is wrong with you and prescribe the right medication I have a really bad cold and they gave me antibiotics and steroids to help and thankfully I'm feeling a little better I have 2 kids that I didn't want to get sick I'm glad I went there definitely easier and faster than UHC Hospital and it's a lot easier to go there because it's closer to my home instead of going to my doct... read more
Very disappointed in our visit yesterday. The doctor was very unprofessional. My 3 year old child (key word CHILD) with sensory disorders was upset when the doctor came at her with his stethoscope, naturally. Instead of trying to calm her, like I was, he held her arms down and laid on top of her, stating, "That's what you get for being bad." Are you kidding me? He is seriously lucky I was feeling nice yesterday and just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I am very unhappy and still offended by his behavior. W... read more
