Very nice people but I had to keep calling them about my orthopedic consult. They kept saying they would call even last time promised. Two days before my appoinment I called the orthopedic and found out my appointment. I got a letter 2 days from MedExpress after the orthopedic appoinment scheduled. The actually mailed it the day of the appoinment and Im still waiting on that call they promised. Good thing I called the orthopedic doctor myself. Very bad communication on their part. Very helpful and caring staff and doctor. Was seen quickly. Highly recommend.
They were very kind, fast yet understanding because I had hurt my back and was moving slow. Dr. Holbrook was very informative as was Rachel and Yvonne went above and beyond scheduling my MRI.

Was quicker then i thought they would be love the P.A the nurse was great .Treatment was awesome. The front desk people were super nice.
