We saw the Nurse Practitioner. I forgot her name. She was lovely. I had both of my kids and she saw them both and checked everything and had them diagnosed and on our way in 20 minutes. She was awesome!
Dr. Parsons is extremely rude, condescending, and seems more interested in belittling the patient for their chief complaint, rather than lending an empathetic ear. I will NEVER be seen at this MedExpress again. I won't be treated like an inconvenience. I'm in the healthcare industry, and if this is how you care for all of your patients, it's disgusting.
With the exception of one or two people, this place is terrible. They are so rude!
It was very nice to get a phone call asking how my little boy was doing.....thank you
Everyone is very friendly, plus we are usually seen and out the door in an hour
