I'd rather give no stars because of the lack of intelligence flowing through this office! My husband drove from waynesburg pa to pick up his dot card only to have it say he needed hearing aids because he had two in on the day of the exam?! REALLY?!!!!? He's never had a hearing aid in his life!!!!! But your willing to correct him by him paying $95 for a new card?!?!? Yeah classy bunch
I have never had someone (aside from the surgeons secretary) be so rude. I had taken Butters to get his arm checked again cause he fell on it and the girl who was asking questions was sighing and rolling her eyes, to which I replied are we inconveniencing you? I was not impressed. Will not go back. My 11 year old son should not and will not be treated like this!
I went to Med Express after I fell at work. I was given excellent care by everyone I encountered from the front desk to the person who wheeled me to the car at the end. Workers' Comp is a difficult process, but the people at Med Express have been timely with paperwork and have actually cared about getting me the right information. They have been a bright spot in the whole process. Thank you!
Doctors and staff are great! The wait time is over an hour and half each time I have gone. If it's an emergency I would go to the er, but if your in no rush and don't mind the wait they are a good place to go.
Waited almost an hour, but once I got back to the doctor it was great
