My wife Alisa Thomas was there just before Christmas(12/22/14 @ 10:56 am). They told her she had a respiratory infection and sent her on her way. They charged $25.00 for a copay and had her sign a card on file agreement for $150.00 in case her insurance didn't cover the rest. She had Anthem blue cross. (They told her to go there supposedly) Today I find that they have debited another $92.20 on 1/19/15. She has insurance and I am livid!
