They were great I got in and I was out didn't take long not at all I love that .!!
Took both my sons in yesterday. Was in a room very quickly and seen by the doctor shortly after. He was very thorough and patient even with my toddler who had no intentions of cooperating! In and out with a diagnosis and prescriptions for antibiotics in under an hour!
Very disappointed. Called yesterday in regards to my son getting stitches, and was told that the doctor didn't want to see him because he is too young. He felt that he may not sit still or move around to much. Therefore, he didn't want to "poke" him accidentally. Here's the catch...the doctor never laid eyes on my son!!!! We were told he is better off going to the ER! Took my son to a different urgent care facility, and was greeted with hospitality and great care!! And guess what?! Didn't have to wait long . I liked that, but it was hard to get them to lend me a hand. I fell at home, and I was a little sore.
I have visited MedExpress on two occasions and I received great professional services on both occasions. I have no complaints or than that they do not accept Tricare any more which is not good in a Military community. Thankfully, Tricare is my secondary provider.
I am very satisfied with this visit and others I have had there. Recommend it highly.
Don't go to this clinic... they are so slow and the Dr is so old and doesn't know anything I watched him look up my symptoms on the Internet. Was there 3 hours to be told go home and let it run its course
