Would give zero stars if I could. Malpractice in the making here. Completely overlooked my daughter yesterday, go to our primary this morning to find it she has an ear infection. I took her here twice yesterday and was told it was a common cold, nothing else and that a fever of 103 or more is normal with a cold. My child spiked a fever of 104 this morning. But hey, it was just a cold right. Your doctors are morons.
Just left here with my 2yr old & EVERYBODY WAS WONDERFUL, from beginning to end, thank you for everything, it means a lot to this pedi nurse/mom.
The staff was very friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. The facility was spotless and I was in and out in a jiff! Unfortunately that may have been due to the fact that the doctor (maybe a PA actually) spent less than five minutes with me, which accounts for the lack of a fifth star. I really feel like she rushed my examination somewhat. But I would absolutely go back and recommend it to my friends!
Great staff, service and wait time was extremely fast. Will definitely return when needed. Very happy with MedExpress Urgent Care!
Each and every time i have used MedExpress, my wait time was no more then 30 mins including from the time i walked in to the time i walked out. Everyone that works there are always polite. The Doctors are very understanding and helpful and answer any questions i may have...plus when going to them my insurance does not require me to pay anything up front like the hospital or my regular Doctor... And the bills i receive after my insurance pays their part and very affordable......
