Took my daughter here last night and both nurse and PA we're rude and Condescending! Otherwise my other experiences here were a 5!
Really impressed with how fast they got my son in for a strep test on Christmas Eve with a full lobby today. Nurse, front desk Tia, and Dr. Gugliemetti very nice. We had never been before, and I feel like there are so many ding dongs in Jackson, you often get treated poorly at places like this from the services being abused.... They didn't make us feel like that at all. I would definitely recommend this office for after hours care.
I've heard a lot of negative things about MedExpress, but I have to tell you that our experience there this morning was anything but negative. The doctor (Depen Patel) and the nurse both seem to truly care about my 4yo - how he was feeling and giving him the best care possible. And we were in and out quickly as well... better than if we'd had an appointment with our family doctor!
Extremely fast. Very polite and courteous staff. I was there last night for a back injury. I was in the building less than an hour. I spent less than 10 minutes in waiting room after paperwork was completed. I would recommend then to anyone who doesn't need or want to deal with the ER.
Phenomenal and quick care for my son who was diagnosed with strept throat. The entire visit was less than 1/2 hour. We have been here before for other illnesses and haven't experienced a bad visit.
I went in for a bad cut on my finger and was stitched up and out the door in about an hour. Every staff member I encountered during my visit there were very polite and friendly!
