I was at med express yesterday 10/15. I knew I had symptoms of bronchitis because I get it every year, so I expressed that. The nurse I saw expressed I should be swabed for the flu so I said okay. Now I NEVER get nose bleeds an about an HR after I left my nose started bleeding an happened on and off through the night. Got up today called my family doctor to let her know what was going on and she told me to come in right away, so I did. My son went in due to breathing difficulty. He was seen very quickly and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. A couple days later they called to check in on him and make sure he was doing better. I thought this was a very nice gesture and appreciate everything they did to help. Thank you!
Get new employees who care about customers
Was trying to be upfront with the people there about my appointment I had to go to at three. I have never waited so long for an appointment. So my timing was off. So the PA came in and I let her know I had to leave at a certain time. The PA was trying hard to get things done but time was gone. My son has PTSD and had an appointment at 3:00. If I could give negative stars I would. I went in yesterday because I sliced off a good chunk of the tip of my finger and part of my nail. Beatrice Bachour is who I saw. She cauterized the tip of my finger WITHOUT any pain or numbing medication. After going over my finger MULTIPLE times to cauterize it, she then figured it’d be best to give me localized numbing shots before cauterizing it more. Are you kidding me! My son has had ear infections more than anyone I’ve ever met. His pediatrician didn’t want to refer me to an ENT, and my son has been absolutely miserable at least once a month. Today, Dr. Bullach referred me to an ENT & I am so incredibly grateful that someone finally listened to me and is helping my child. This has been so frustrating & ive been terrified that my son will have lifelong issues with his ears due to the ENT delay and now we finally will solve his problems. I’m so so grateful.
My daughter was seen for having a fever for five days fatigue. By dr Millican she said oh she has a ear infection gave me meds for her I went home and two hours later we had to go emergency room because she couldn’t breath her oxygen was low and pulse was high. The pediatrician at the E.R stated her one ear is clear and the other is full of wax can’t even see it.
