I went in for a back injury I paid 160 some dollars got bad X-rays and only 3 days of weak pain meds it took all my money and didn’t address my problem
Customer service was outstanding! When I walked in I was greeted by Bunny and Mailee, they were very accommodating and made me feel welcome. During the visit the doctor was attentive and really listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend this facility and will use it again in the future!
Everyone was very friendly even though I walked in 30 mins before they closed. Plus they're fast!! Beats the E.R
The doctors and nurses are awesome. One thing if you have Anthem HIP Insurance. The insurance will cover your visit but for some unknown reason will not pay for your prescription. I will not hold this against MedExpress because that is not there fault.

Very friendly atmosphere, didn't have to wait long at all. We were in and out, doctor was great.
Best urgent care facility I have been to. Took my daughter there and was treated like a king!! Very nice staff and the doctor was amazing...didn't have to wait forever for the results of the x-ray!!
