I'll be honest, they're friendly. However, there's conflicting information and lack of knowledge here. My family went in on Monday. My husband was diagnosed with pneumonia. My daughter and I tested positive for influenza B. Dr. Jeffery Moseman sent my husband home with an antibiotic and my daughter and I home with rest and water regiment. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Newsflash when a pregnant woman days away from delivery comes in because she’s had a horrible upper respiratory infection that won’t go away and tells you she’s a blind weight because of anorexic tendencies, you don’t weigh her, tell her what she weighs, berate her for her weight, and tell her there’s nothing wrong with her except she’s fat and to go home and take some Tylenol. They always get me into a room and in front of a doctor in a timely manner. I love that they call me within 48 hours of leaving to check on me and my progress. I will go to them every time, as I’ve never had a bad experience!

I am so glad I took my daughter here. She was missed diagnosed somewhere else. I was so glad they were very thorough and did a chest X-ray to find out she had pneumonia. I knew something was really wrong with her. They were all very kind and caring. Even came to the room several times to update us.
Horrible wait time for the provider no explanation given. They do not care if you have other commitments after that appointment.
Went there tonight, one hour before they closed and they turned me away. Said they only had one doctor in there. Wth. I just drove 30 minutes to get here. Thanks a bunch medexpress!
