First it started with I went for a rapid covid test because I had symptoms, I did not have an appointment. They gave me the test and the doctor comes out “guess what?! You’ve been spreading covid for the last 3-4 days” uhm okay. That’s not how I would’ve thought that should be handled. Not like I knew I had it! She was very rude and inconsiderate. once we had to wait near two hours..... whatcha gonna do?? go to the ER?? but it was more like little over an hour. BUT.... THE NORM IS BUT A HALF AN HOUR... but once we was seen immediately!!!
I haven’t had to deal with the billing yet so I can’t speak to that, but I had to take my daughter to urgent care last night and these were the most kind and compassionate group of ladies I have ever encountered at an urgent care. They were amazing with my daughter and genuinely caring.
The staff here has always done a good job treating my family in a timely manner and we appreciate that. The business model is another story. I took my child for treatment to be told I had an outstanding balance (news to me) that had to be partially paid before she was treated. I paid it and upon returning home and looking at bank records realized it had in fact been paid - almost a year ago and within days of the initial treatment. Have been here two hours with a sick kid and still waiting to see the doctor for a simple strep test. Have come other times and it's been great... But this visit had been horrible. Definitely need some help with time management at this location... Will be using a different location from now on.
