Worst place I have ever went for a DOT Physical.This place definitely does not like truck drivers.... no matter what info you give them they want more....3 trips 140 miles round trip for things that should have been handled between the doctors and a fax machine.. All that money they charge and expect you to do there work for them.... less than 1 star for me.
If I had it my way I would not give this place any ☆'s. I had to so that I could write a review. If you come to this place bc you are ill then there is probably a good chance you might get better treatment, but I wouldn't take a chance especially if it's the woman DO S. BERGER. I will try to make this review as brief as I can. First, they make you pay a $75 co-pay no matter if your deductible has been met or not.
