Took a Covid Test that was needed to go back to college. Had to go back to pick up negative results since they wouldn’t email or fax. Waited over 45 minutes for them to bring one piece of paper. Only saw 3 other patients come out and 2 go inside while waiting in car. Poor service!!

Business response:

We want your visit to be as convenient and easy for you as possible. Please know that we are experiencing high volumes in many of our centers but that our teams are working hard to care for you and your family safely during this busy time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

My husband went in on 12/3..had been sick with fever, cough, ear pain. The doctor said he heard a “rattle in his lungs and could see he had fluid behind his eardrum”..gave him steroids and told him to call Friday if he wasn’t any better. He felt better Until 12/5..at which time his fever started again..coughing up phlegm.. ear hurting..called back..they called in a decongestant. Now I am NOT a doctor..but with his medical history and the fact he immune compromised due to meds..maybe the chance of getting sepsis would outweig... read more

I had a very good experience at this center. I was politely greeted, they took my information. The wait time was short. The nurse and the nurse practitioner were kind, empathetic and professional. They phoned in my prescriptions and I was on my way.

I will NEVER take my family to this facility for care again! My son was seen here on Tuesday for ear pain and the physician, Dr. Satnam Aujla, told me that there was no infection just fluid behind his ear which could take up to three months to drain and that he was fine to return to school that same day. My child continued to complain about pain. Blood and a white fluid started coming from his ear. 24 hours after being seen at MedExpress I took him to see his pediatrician and found out that he had a ruptured eardrum, ear inf... read more

I went in with a severe migraine and I had to wait just like everyone else. I had three people in front of me. They called my name and I was able to lay down and rest until the doctor came in to see me. They gave me something for the headache and I rested for 20 minutes and they released me home. I do recommend this clinic.
