We went in per instructions from CHI Covid Help Line to get a test. First asked if any symptoms and my husband explained what his were. The lady says let me talk to my provider. She comes back and says we only have one test left but If you really want us to get a brain sample with this 10 inch swab then come on in! What care provider says that??? You’ve lost me and my family as customers and anyone else who asks me for a recommendation.

the front people are rude pushy and made a comment about a client and the service dog asking if she really needed to bring it with? the service with some providers are hit and miss at best.
Dr. Israel was great and all of the staff members were nice and made sure I got taken care of as quickly as possible.
Misty the PA doesn’t even deserve one star! Rude from the start and ended up as worse as it gets! Was currently in the process of switching my employees here for urgent care, but that will never happen!
