I had an accident and had to come in right before closing as was bleeding. But no one rushed me - everyone took their time to give me the best care and were all so nice about it! Nurse Liesl and Nurse Practitioner Melodie were amazing - They put me at ease even during a very uncomfortable nerve block/stitches situation. I had fallen and broken my shoulder and went to MedExpress in Springdale because I had heard the advertisements that said they could handle broken bones.. They X-rayed and verified it was broken, but said that they did not have an orthopedist on duty and that I needed to immediately go to Northwest Health Emergency room. I really wish I wouldn't have listened to them. The general ER doctor in the emergency room looked over the X-rays, said it wasn't an emergency and sent me home with a $1,600 bill that was completely unneces... read more
Would not recommend this place for any sort medical care. MD was very unprofessional and acted as if he had no compassion for his patient. Was very frustrated with laziness.
Terrible experience!! Terrible customer service!! I showed up with my hand all burned up after my job scheduled the appointment and faxed all my information and they insisted that my manager had to come up here to verify that I was an employer before I could receive any service. I had to sit there for over an hour with blisters on my hand until my boss could make it here during rush hour. Both times I have been a patient, I was quickly seen and taken care of. I had a physical exam, tests, diagnosis, and treatment all within approx 30 minutes. I was treated well by the staff - from the person at the admitting desk, to the nurse who took my vitals and asked/answered questions about my symptoms, to the Dr who examined me. Sometimes it is a long wait to be seen (or to get an appointment) at my primary physician's office so I appreciate the convenience that MedExpress offers and being able to get better faster, es... read more
DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! Save your time and money and schedule an appointment with a REAL DOCTOR!! This place is a total rip off!
