Doctor and nurse were both great! Lorri on the other hand, is awful. Very rude and unprofessional. My first and last time to go to med express because of a receptionist! No sick person should have to wait for 2 hours and then have to deal with this attitude. Proceeded to yell at me as i walked out of the door, like a moody teenager. Corporate will be hearing from me! Looks like 2-3 years of complaints doesn’t phase her though (see reviews below)

RecommendedWent in with swollen red eyes from allergies. Was able to get an allergy shot and prescriptions and was in and out in under 30 minutes.

One of the ladies (young, Hispanic lady) yelled at my hard of hearing husband after he tried to ask where to get his number so he could go wait in his car. Very rude to treat people with disabilities this way. She should be ashamed.

Lori was rude and was put off that she had to help us when we came in. Waited 10 minutes before she acknowledged we were there, even being the only ones in lobby. Prescription was not sent to correct pharmacy.
The only problem I have is they said they would call with my blood results had to call 2 times and they did have it then said the nurse would call me back and she never did I’m really in pain here I would like for them to be more professional that way but this place is absolutely wonderful the Dr Linda is really nice, and the whole staff is awesome!!I would definitely recommend this place 100%
The provider I am seeing today is inconsiderate and has terrible bed side manners. I do not trust his medical opinion I feel as if he is incorrect in his dx. I will not be back.
Have never had worse experience in my life! Treated very rudely by I assume an intake person(took temp,blood pressure,) I know she wasn't a nurse because she had to get a nurse to take my blood pressure when the machine kept screwing up & she acted like that was my fault. Then when I asked how much something was that I was getting charged for she rolled her eyes and proceeded to act like that was the most insane question ever! I went to MedExpress on Easter Sunday with terrible abdominal pain. The front desk receptionist was really kind and easy going. The whole process from checking in to checking out went so smoothly and was rather quick (maybe an hour at most). The nurse was really nice. The doctor who saw me was patient, understanding, and articulate. They called me this morning with a courtesy call to check up on me and see if I am doing better. That meant so much. Thank you!
Worst customer service ever! Receptionist was rude and when I decided to go elsewhere I was greeted with one nurse calling me a liar and saying she has a very sweet receptionist, instead of asking me my side, I told her she wasn’t there to witness what happened, only did one nurse asked to talk to me, hear my side and explained things to me in proper fashion. Do not waste your time at this location!
