Nurse was nice and seemed very competent. Dr. I saw did almost nothing to figure out the root cause of my issue. Left feeling like I had wasted my time even going.
currently sitting here waiting for my daughter to be seen. with one person in front of us we have been sitting in the waiting room now for close to 45 min.
How on earth do you justify charging $300+ dollars for cleaning a small cut and slapping on a band aid? What kind of operation are you running??

I just wanted to write and say that I had one of the BEST nurses today at my visit. I went in for a painful procedure after work because it was on my way home. I didn’t catch her name but she held me and calmed me while I cried and screamed the whole time. Never once made me feel bad about how I reacted. Handed me tissues and held my hand. I wish I caught her name because she made my experience a million times better! I wish I could thank her again.
I have been really impressed twice now with the service and care this clinic provides. I was treated like a person rather than a number. I am normally afraid of walk-in clinics, this one is different!
