I called this morning and was told a doctor would call me first a virtual visit at 4:20 pm, and I would be sent a link @4:15 pm. No link came, so I called while waiting for doctor. I was on hold until 5 pm. So I called and pressed another prompt and was told that the office was closed and that I probably had the wrong number. Unreal. I went to this office on 12/4. I was required to put a card on file. I did not pay it much attention because I have health insurance. There was a billing error and the insurance denied the claim. 3 weeks after the visit. My card was charged $240 dollars. Now, I have to wait till the insurance pays the bill and jump through hoops to get the money back. When I called and asked what the deal is, I get an answer of "I could have taken the card off the account after I left and I should have seen the email they sent me" on... read more
RecommendedVery clean facility . The staff are professional , compassionate & polite . The Doctors are highly educated, friendly & truly take the time to explain your diagnosis & care with you . They also are very LGTBQIA friendly & are very polite to me when I come in the exam room with my partner .We truly appreciate that they allow you to come in the exam with your significant other.
BE CAREFUL: I went in with a medical emergency (I didn't know at the time) but the Urgent Care doctor did and instead of calling an ambulance the doctor told me to drive myself to the emergency room. Once I got to the ER they were horrified that I was told to drive myself and had a guardian angel on my shoulder that allowed me to walk in by myself! I called the Urgent Care once I was released from the hospital (1 week later) and after reviewing my case (which took 2.5 months) they still think they did nothing wrong.
I don't get sick often, so I thought I could rough it out. When my fever started to climb at 7:15 PM I raced over to MedExpress. Dr. Thompson and everyone else there were amazing!! She was kind, patient, thorough despite it being closing time. I was terrified I was on my way to having pneumonia -- as a single mom... really terrifying! She sent me off with a couple of Rxs and great calming advice, and just 12 hours later I feel like a new person! Dr. Thompson is an angel!!! Thank you so very much... all of you!!
I've been here several times with my kids and husband. Yesterday, I was in and out within a half hour with the meds I needed. The staff is awesome, friendly, and personable. They've also transposed my kids shot records for $10 onto an updated form when the pediatrician tried to extort a physical from me and I refused when I can get a school physical done for $20. They are AWESOME!
I have used this MedExpess a few times now. They are so professional. They get you in and out and do a great job! Its so convenient. Great Docs!
