Quick, easy check in. Short wait. Triage staff could have been just a little friendlier to better put one at ease. Dr. Stratton made up for this. He was very kind, cordial and knowledgeable. He also took time to discuss another ailment I have and to offer several good recommendations. He even took the time to hand write notes on my discharge summary. A genuine, caring physician. We took our son there because our primary care provider was closed. He had a belly rash for more than three days and already tried benadryl and rash kept returning. The doctor said looks viral give him benadryl and never checked his throat or ears for anything. Your better off waiting for you PCP to open or go to the ER.

I like how you call days later to see how patients are doing.... I do NOT like your knowledge of the insurance that you accept... And I do NOT like how you always charge the max amount that the insurance company should cover ESPECIALLY when you are wrong about the insurance being accepted at your facility... Seems like a game to me.... UMMM if the insurance company won't pay the crazy made up max cost of the bill, who has to pay it?... Oh that's right ME!!! What a joke.

My husband was here for treatment to remove a splinter. The charge was $109. About a 1 1/2 weeks later we got another splinter out of my husbands finger about 1" long. Not only did they not remove all of the splinters but 1 week later we received another bill for $90. 3 times we ask what the additional charge was for and on all 3 occasions we were told it was "probably" for stiches.
