Great Service, Very Professional, I highly recommend this Clinic.
Best visit ever. So kind and helpful. Listened to my concerns, heard me, and they checked out my symptoms, and treated them. Also gave me other options for treatments after listening to the patterns and exam. I have reoccurring sinus infections. That’s the best experience I have had in addressing them and was given other questions to ask my providers. I couldn’t be more appreciative or thankful.
It wasn’t an awful experience, but I would say it was odd. The receptionist was nice and took my information, the office appeared to be clean, and my wait time was short. My concerns began when a man brought me into an exam room and he asked me to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. He came back into the room and verified that I had upper respiratory symptoms and then said okay we will get this going. He took a swab from his pocket and took it out the tube and said to say ah. Idk how this place has so many. 5* reviews smh. Hope my experience was out the norm for everyone else sake. Got sent there for a pre-op physical by surgeons office. I'm hoping and praying they did everything they were supposed to and I don't have to go back. Supposed to be getting a hip replacement on Wednesday. Hope this horrible experience doesn't delay that. If I hadn't been in so much pain and needing this physical for surgery in a few days I 100% would have walked out.

Guy poked me for labs, but apparently didn't draw enough, they tried to say they'd have to send me to Bryan outpatient to draw blood. Eventually got someone else to come draw blood.
