Great staff! And very quick service!
I typically avoid urgent care due to past experiences, but when my primary care provider was unavailable, I chose MedElite Urgent Care based on its excellent reviews—and it truly lived up to them. The check-in staff was polite, professional, and attentive, and the physician was courteous and apologetic for a minimal wait, especially on a busy New Year’s Day. I was feeling better by mid-afternoon after treatment. Thank you, MedElite Urgent Care, for providing compassionate, customer-centered care.
Highly recommend this urgent care facility. Came in on NYE. The person at intake was super sweet. Then the nurse who saw me was quick - I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Everyone was great and knowledgeable. The whole building was incredibly clean. Hopefully I don’t ever need to go to urgent care again but if I do it’ll be here!
I've visited this clinic twice and it is my preferred urgent care clinic. This place really is elite. The front desk check in is courteous and friend and most of all efficient. They don't leave you standing around filling out forms (even on my first visit) and they get you checked in and to a provider as quickly as possible.
