I'd like to know why I have a new machine that has a card in it that can monitor my progress and I haven't heard anything in a year. Just to find out that my mask hasn't sealed at all. The it leaks over 100% because of my beard. Nothing has been monitored not very professional. My first machine was 8 years old and worn out and yet nobody gave me a warning that they don't last forever. Don't go here. I'm pretty pissed that nobody helped me. Find another supplier

I was diagnosed as having sleep apnea and got a prescription for an APAP machine. I took my Rx to a number of ADP approved providers. Each office provided me with a cost based on the Rx but the cost varied quite a bit and some did not include the cost of the special hose required for an APAP machine. Medelife was the only office to provide a complete cost. I chose Medelife and purchased a machine. I was given a full hour with Wayne who explained in detail how to use the APAP machine. I have been with Medilife for many years ... always professional..polite and know their work... I have never been disappointed in all the years I have been with them...awesome staff
