waited on hold for almost an hour for the receptionist to tell me he could not tell the doctor to call me for the future after i waited so long. he told me to cancel my appointment because he has other patients. why allow people to book and show availability if you’re already over booked? this medical system is a scam. very unprofessional

This clinic doesn’t even deserve a star they had me pay for a test Result that I haven’t gotten a Result for I have made this Purchase about 5 months Totally unprofessional worst clinic ever I would not recommend anybody to go there. They didn’t even give a call back to check up. Don’t waste your money and time especially if you’re an international.
I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor in Scarborough. He treated me with no respect or compassion — it felt like he was more focused on money than actually helping his patients. I wouldn’t recommend visiting him unless you have absolutely no other option. Patients deserve care and empathy, not greed or indifference.
