I was seen at Medchech 16th Franklin STREET and the service I received was very poor. The NP felt the lesser illnesses need to be seen first. She had a need to get numbers out the door instead of dealing the the seriousness of illnesses. I have never had such an experience like this there in life Yes I did report her and I hope they hold her accountable for her actions.
Excellent staff, fast service, clean facility.
I was able to get in to see the doctor very quickly. He was very detailed and told me exactly what I need to do to feel better and it worked! He also prescribed me something to help with the symptoms. I really appreciated him!
Very courteous, concerned staff.
