I love the staff so much! They really helped me during the time of healing. They made me smile and laugh even when I didn’t want to. They reassured me that things were going to be ok during this process. I can’t remember everyone’s names but Natasha, India, Nevaeh, and Carla for sure were amazing to work with.
I am very please with the services that I received from MedCentris. The entire staff was always pleasant and very caring about my healing process. I thank God and them very much, in the Name of Jesus, for helping me to heal completely.
We have to wait 1-3 hours in the lobby for your appointments. You hear ambulance staff talking to family members in the lobby (hippa law not enforced). The staff is pleasant but not overly friendly. Had 3 instances of “forgetting something”.
