We have to wait 1-3 hours in the lobby for your appointments. You hear ambulance staff talking to family members in the lobby (hippa law not enforced). The staff is pleasant but not overly friendly. Had 3 instances of “forgetting something”.

My overall experience with the staff and overall service that I received in Alexandria clinic has been exceptional. I highly recommend to anyone.
Wonderful clinic with great staff! Rachel the nurse practitioner and the PA were both very involved in my care. After months of treatment at another facility I was referred here by a friend and I definitely do not regret it! These folks healed me quickly and I was able to ring the bell and got a “healed” tshirt.
