I am a patient at this time and I must say during the day the services are great. The workers are very attentive but once 8PM hits everyone disappear. No one is to be found, when I ring the bell no one responds unless I go out in the hall to catch whoever's walking through. My dinner sat in the hallway for an hour before anyone noticed. I've asked for things and they would say they'd be right back and don't return. 1 nurse slipped me a sleeping pill with my antibiotics just to avoid tending to me through the night.
