Went to MedCenter last night with my daughter because she hurt her arm. I appreciate the care she was given from the time we checked in until we checked out. Jill, the nurse practitioner and the xray tech. were extra sweet- thank you so much for making what could have been a horrible experience bearable for my 8 year old!!!! It's great to know there are still people out there who care about the quality of care that they give to the public! Excellent!!!!!!
Took my 13 month old baby here for a fever and ear infection. Staff was great with her and we were in and out in less than 45 min. Would def recommend this place!
I visited MedCenter North immediately after a bad fall. My ankle/foot was swollen horribly and my 82 year old grandmother had drove me up to the door. My step sister got out and requested a wheel chair. The staff gave her a chair but did not help her get the chair out or help her get me in. The front desk staff watched me struggle to hold the door open while she rolled me in. Usually when I go to med center it feels like I'm being rushed to the room sit there forever to have the dr come in for 30 seconds to look at me prescribe me meds and walk out. This time I had Dr. Tuten. Awesome!!! He came in took time to talk to me find out what's wrong explain what he's prescribing and why. Please keep him at that location!! All offices could use more Doctors like him! :-)
Took my 17 month old in and was so pleased with the staff and doctors. We only waited 10 minutes! My son required a minor procedure, but they were patient with his squirming and fussing. The doctor explained things clearly. We will definitely be back. You can't beat the convenience or respectful service.
Used this clinic for my grandson. We could not have been anymore pleased with the Physician and staff. So thankful Hoover has this facility.
