Me and my son were sick and both have blue cross and they REFUSED US SERVICE. We ended up going to the other med center which took us... Explain how that works??? The only reason we went to the other is so we didn't have to go to the er and fork out 600$ I will definitely NEVER return to this location. Also my insurance company was on the phone with them telling them they had to take us nope they still refused!
While I was here for 2.5 hours this morning (due to complex symptoms), I had a very good experience. The nurses, CNP, and anesthesiologist were all great and very pleasant. I rarely feel led to write a review but I couldn't be happier with my treatment. Thanks ladies.
As far as the CRNP and doctor that was great. The ladies at the front were not welcoming or friendly. The lady who took vitals did not communicate that I had been there a month ago with pneumonia. Finally, after receiving 2 shots and a prescription, I asked was if it emailed or called in and was told yes. I am now sitting at CVS waiting because it wasn't sent in.
